Receiving and Storage Building

Shipping and Receiving Building

In order for Heartland to more effectively manage the construction process and serve its students, a Receiving and Storage Building will be built north of the College’s facilities building. Receiving and Storage at Heartland Community College is responsible for receiving all incoming shipments of merchandise and equipment purchased by, through or for the College—such as textbooks, computers, classroom furniture, and large-order office supplies. The 9,100-square-foot Receiving and Storage Building will house:

  • A designated receiving area
  • More than 5,000 square feet of storage space
  • Staff office
